Welcome to Snipply! These Terms of Service (“Terms”) constitute a binding agreement between you and HCS LLC (“Snipply,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), governing your use of our website, platform, and services located at https://snipply.app and associated domains.
By accessing or using Snipply, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not accept all of the terms, do not use our platform.
1. Acceptance of Terms
Using Snipply means you agree to follow these Terms and our Privacy Policy. These Terms apply to all users, including visitors, account holders, and businesses using Snipply. If you’re representing a company, you confirm you have the authority to bind that entity.
2. Updates to These Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes become effective upon posting. Continued use of the site after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms. You should revisit this page regularly to stay informed.
3. Changes to Services
We may add, remove, or alter features of Snipply without notice. We are not liable for any unavailability of the site or its features.
4. Account Eligibility & Security
To use Snipply, you must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of forming a binding agreement. You agree to provide accurate information when registering and to keep it up to date.
Each user is allowed only one account. Any attempts to create or operate multiple accounts may result in permanent suspension.
You’re responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.
5. User Submissions
By uploading or submitting content (including text, images, videos, links, or social handles), you grant Snipply a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, sublicensable license to use, display, distribute, modify, and promote that content across our services and marketing.
You affirm that you own or have the rights to share any content you post, and that it doesn’t violate laws or the rights of others.
6. Community Standards
We expect all content on Snipply to respect legal standards and our platform rules. Do not post or share content that:
- Is defamatory, obscene, harassing, or hateful
- Promotes illegal activity or violence
- Infringes on intellectual property rights
- Deceives, impersonates, or misrepresents
- Violates privacy or publicity rights
- Contains unauthorized advertising or spam
We reserve the right to remove or moderate any content that violates these standards.
7. Intellectual Property
All original content and features of Snipply, including branding, layout, graphics, code, and logos, are the intellectual property of HCS LLC or our licensors.
You’re granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use Snipply in accordance with these Terms. Any unauthorized reproduction or commercial use is strictly prohibited.
8. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to:
- Violate any laws or regulations
- Exploit or harm minors
- Upload content that violates Section 6
- Use bots, scripts, or scrapers
- Reverse engineer or tamper with the platform
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access
- Interfere with system operations or user experiences
- Use Snipply for fraudulent or misleading purposes
9. Privacy
Your use of Snipply is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which details how we collect, use, and protect your information.
10. Moderation & Termination
We reserve the right to monitor, review, and remove content at our discretion and to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or pose a risk to the platform or other users.
We may report violations to law enforcement if necessary.
11. Payment Terms
Snipply offers both free and premium services. Paid plans renew automatically unless canceled before the renewal date. Fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable after 14 days unless otherwise stated.
Subscriptions are processed securely through our payment partner, Paddle.com. For billing issues, contact support via email at support@snipply.app.
Pricing is in USD and may change with notice. If you do not agree to new pricing, you may cancel before the next billing cycle.
12. Reliance on Posted Content
Content on Snipply, whether from users or third parties, is provided for informational purposes only. We make no guarantees regarding accuracy or reliability. Your use of or reliance on such content is at your own risk.
13. External Links
Snipply may contain links to third-party websites or resources. We are not responsible for their content, policies, or accuracy. Accessing them is entirely at your own discretion.
14. Confidential Information
If we provide you with confidential features (e.g., beta access or internal tools), you agree not to share that information publicly or with third parties.
15. Linking & Sharing
You may link to your Snipply profile or landing page, provided it does not misrepresent our brand or imply endorsement. You may not frame or embed our content without permission.
We may disable link-sharing features at any time.
16. Suggestions & Feedback
You’re welcome to submit ideas or suggestions. By doing so, you agree that we may use your feedback for any purpose without obligation or compensation.
17. Warranty Disclaimer
Snipply is provided “as-is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the platform will be uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or free of harmful components.
18. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Snipply and its team are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. In no event shall our total liability exceed $100 or the amount you paid us in the 12 months prior, whichever is greater.
19. Indemnity
You agree to defend and indemnify Snipply against any claims, losses, or damages arising from your use of the platform or violation of these Terms.
20. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio. Any disputes will be handled exclusively in Ohio state or federal courts. You consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.
21. Time Limit for Claims
Any legal claim related to your use of Snipply must be filed within one (1) year, or it is permanently barred.
22. Severability & Waivers
If any provision is deemed invalid, the rest of the Terms remain in effect. Our failure to enforce any right does not waive our ability to enforce it later.
23. Entire Agreement
These Terms, along with our Privacy Policy, are the complete agreement between you and Snipply and override any prior understandings or agreements.
